April is finally here!
All of our staff at MM Family and Sleep Dentistry are excited about celebrating Oral Health Month.
Now is the time to "brush up" on your knowledge regarding healthy teeth and gums.
We invite you to visit the Ontario Dental Association's public website at www.youroralhealth.ca
The website features dental information that is easy-to-understand, as well as quizzes, videos, and a fun Kids' Zone.
We also encourage you to practice a good oral hygiene self-care routine at home.
A good routine includes the following steps:
(1) floss, (2) brush for at least 2 minutes with a soft bristle toothbrush, (3) rinse mouth, and (4) scrape tongue.
These 4 steps should be done at least twice per day - in the morning and before bed.
